You cant have a Nether Portal in the spirit world, and even if, enderman would just disappear (happens if you take em out of a safari net too)

Have you look around the area you died? Sometimes the grave spawns at weird positions. Had this several times, grave spawned like 20~ blocks away

storage cell was like 2min time of work and there is another way to get to the end, even without end portal :D
As far as i know, the porgram doesnt get lost if the turtle is labeled. It just stops working, but you could prevent this with putting the program...

Since its very easy in Attack of the B-Team to get ores ect, there shouldn't be a problem to just redo the item. There are no refunds for such issues
