unfortunatly this is a NEI mod bug, it can be fixed only by mod creator. it is already fixed in newer versions, but you know it takes a very long...

iw searched 3 different places today, the ones that eye's of the ender showed me, found nothing
knoxz we have problem with end portal, they arent generated naturally, so theres no way to get in to The End
