I had something similar with passive mobs on DW20 1.10, even with manager level trust it seems broken, have you tried with different trust levels yet?

Ender quarries chunkload themselves, but if you claimed it go to the farmworld and do /claims list
it is impossible to load individual blocks, so it is chunks, and it's variable iirc for # of chunks loaded
if you get teleported to spawn you should be fine
How do you propose increasing the stack limit of your CPU?
? either way your base has to be nuked of all the warded blocks, you must have had hundreds considering all the draw calls in one area
Hmmm? something is rendering a lot of warded blocks either way, crashing the client
Someone purge the entire area of warded blocks, he logged off while holding his wand with the warding cap after warding like a thousand blocks
