I think there allready is such plug in but it will only be enabled when the server map is reaching end of life but try /wd that's the command used...
There's flight the ex2 ring and Mym will almost never make changes to the mods in a pack like booker said
The Mym music collection on revelations is nice it's calm yet powerfull it's sad there's so long between tracks

I agree whit slind on the other network server I played some mods was disabled caus of bugs and tinkers was very derpy and crash happy 3 world...
