If I have Mod Rejections I normally just gut it out, and it works after that. Mhmm, not sure, sorry.
I recall hearing that they only offer Claimed land downloads, not world, iirc.
Perhaps I am missing something, but can't he just delete the rejected mods from the folder in order to connect?

I find this is a common thing, mc updates take a long time, contain less content then Mods, but they are stable.
