Whenever i try to join crackpack it kicks me with the error Client multipart @(2193, 85, -2417) not found This happnes to my friend ThePhoenix116 too

i was cleaning my base , and my inventory bugged , i had random items on armor slot ,like draconium dust on chestplate slot

after the first one? i tried to relog a couple of times and them i restarted MC
