im guessing cause of when u are both on? does it use double?
also infinite resource = end game and seeds make infinite resources :P
that sounds like a bit of a pain in the bottom to implement
they might not be done yet
reset the end every restart is a pretty good solution ive seen it on quite a few servers now and seems to do the job
really thats strange it shouldnt effect it
what launcher u usingu are using Resource Pack: JohnSmith-AgrarianSkies+.zip as your texture pack thats causing the issues i belive

And a bug with world creation is not a good start
