well aspects aren't hard to get if you got any mod with spawnersystem and some crimson mob to spawn infinte mobs for knowledgefragments
did you use crafted keys or the ones found in dungeons? because as said before, they have different item ids. if thats the reason i think it might...

i guess it's that we crafted the keys, they get another itemid (xxxx:2) while the keys you find in dungeons have another id, like (xxxx:1)
i think that should be changed. maybe by resetting botania progress to be able to get a new ring? also i tried to submit the runic dungeon keys...
