Regrowth and Civ are completely different as Regrowth has so much configs to change the insane amount of recipes. And thaumcraft altars/obelisks...
Isn't Ender IO a thing on Civ? Farmworld resets monthly, so there should be new ones every month. I'd suggest making a soul vial and spawn them...
