I'm guessing it has to do with the fact that mobs in the deep dark have buffed attributes.
All servers get shut down at some point but this one won't get shut down anytime soon since it's not even a month old and has high popularity...

Servers usually don't reset for ~6 months but sometimes even longer. Dimensions that have harvestable resources usually get reset every month so...
You can change it to done aswell since your the OP, there should be a "mark thread" option under the title here.
I think the issue here is that the skyblock world is not the right dimension, this was the issue on sky factory and it never got fixed.
