I don't think you can actually do that transfer, but you can change MyMs for claim blocks :D
Some of the mods in the pack are probably skipping 1.8 for 1.9 so the pack would end up being pretty empty with mods.
I suggest doing some research before you suggest a mod :p Intangible is 1.8.9 and civilization is 1.7.10... Pretty big difference in versions -_-...
