Seems to be caused by player opening the refined storage stuff.
I will monitor it for a while.
Just tried to open the chest in singleplayer but that doesn't work too, so there is no easy way to recover the items, sorry.

Looks like the data file got corrupted and it created a new one. I made a rollback of the file which should get your progress back, ff it happens...
