What did you base look like? Checking the backups I only see a default island at your island location.

Bypassing the ban by using an alt account will result in a ban of the alt account and might even extend the ban of the banned account.
It's caused by rendering textures but no idea how you can fix that.
Ah, you should be able to do a purchase now, be aware that you receive a perma ban from the servers if you do a chargeback again.

How many FPS do you have and did you get VisualVM working after reinstalling java?
