You would have to create a ticket at the location but the area of the claim will get reset so you can't get the stuff from the old player.

added edited hqm version by @knoxz which should fix quest resets
@knoxz found the bug and the updated version is now on the server and seems to work now. (Teams will get deleted on each reset)
Back to old version :/ Seems to have some issues with teams not sure why there was no issue on the test server
