I set up an automatic bonemeal / harvester and after about 6 hours none of those showed up. I think adding the sapplings to the list that appears...
Not a quick fix, but make sure you only use the rocket to get from world to world so you always have it with you.

Odd as when I was using it their was no crash.... got a time stamp for the crashes so we can get an @Administrator to check the logs?
