An event on mym that has been properly prepared, you would definitely be the first in a long long time to do that.
I don't think that we would look at a similar spawn soon. I am not saying we need an anarchy server, things like TNT etc should still be disabled.

Could be a chunk loading issue. Try placing a 5x5 iron loader in a fortress, that might help

Don't make it too complicated. People can't even figure out how to make a crafting table on rg, so you expect them to do some complicated quiz?...
Not many packs with good quest books right now on mym, but then again I can count the number of packs existing with good quest books on two hands....
