theres like no lag ever and really ive got a good plan going into 1.9 just waiting for a stable forge and minetweaker/modtweaker

retrival nodes are a option in most packs and retrival servo thingys from TE
dupe bug if i remember correctly also what server u on?
have u tested in SP? see if the recipe works in SP also nei will often sort its self out once launched into SP
also there unlikly to tell u how they set there network up :P trade secrets and all
seems like a mod bug to me and from the looks of it the mod dev has stop working on the mod last update was 12/4/2015
give them time a admin will have to do it and there normaly very buzy
