did you try without dominant runes at all? in my experience, even 1 kekimurus should be able to keep the portal pools filled up at all times...

dunno, i use recessive sparks on all my setups to spread mana to pools with normal sparks and that generally works fine. i dont use dominant ones...

Dont think i ever played a modpack before that had what you want... The loonium so far has been the only flower that would generate dungeon loot.
