The current random item list is the list from direwolf20 that's why there are some weird items in it.

We haven't added it to any 1.7 servers yet because we found many bugs which got abused on the 1.6 servers.
Not sure why is broken and I couldn't fix it but I think the end is no longer needed.
It happens on forge only server too that you get kicked if you die, not sure about teleport.
