Okay, same issue. right click again on the modpack and go back to instances. Then delete the agrarian + folder and try it again.
I just checked the lates bevo version and it seems it got added back in a verison. So the mod will be on the server with the next restart.
We can't fix the issues which are coming from the Sync mod. If it is to buggy for you on multiplayer then please play this modpack in...

We can't edit the quests on agrarian (thanks to jadedect) and you can craft all banend items which you need for quests, you just can't place them.
