I just checked it. farmworld and deep dark has no ores that's true but twilight does have it.
Also no vanilla ores?
World border changed to square on modsauce and I also added something which teleports you to the world spawn for deep dark and twilight forest....

That's not 100% sure. It was only for 30 minutes and this after a restart. I think there is not allways a timeout in the 30 minutes after a restart.
I have no clue why the farm world doesn't have ores. I t just got generated with the default settings

Hm it should work. Have you tried to reconnect in the farmworld?
No hard force update is not needed. It would redownload everything. Force Update is enough to get teh selection screen back.
I can't see any player file from you on the server.

I didn't enabled it, I just updated not sure where it was disabled. Should be disabled now.
Why should it turn in to stone if I:CopperPerChunk=1 ?
