This was not done before and is currently not possible.
Just teleported to your base and the issue seems to be resolved. If not please let us know and post a new crash report
The server is on the same version at the moment and you can always choose the version in the twitch launcher in case the server wasn't updated yet.
You don't have a island. I teleported you to the spawn so you can create one.
