Well, that explains everything. I was on the kappa server where you have a base too. I removed the rocket on your island now.

Then you have a rocket from before on your island. Just teleported to your island without issue, do you still have the issue?
I added a patch to all project ozone servers with the next restart which should stop this. I couldn't test it so please let me know if it works.
