Issue got already fixed, marking as solved.
Was it constant lag or lag spikes? Did anyone else have this issue too?
This crash exists since a long time in 1.6.4, we never could find out which mod caused it and it normally works again after a server restart.
Disabled AE2 Stuff as the modpack does have the wrong version for the used AE2 version which causes crashes
