Updated anti spam plugin - it now uses a point system which auto kicks/mutes/bans players depending on the points

Just got the issue too and found out what is causing it. The latest Windows 10 update broke LiteLoader which prevents minecraft from starting up.
2. Did you try it in a other chunk? You can also test in singleplayer what happens if you unload the area.
