This one guy says that with 12 64k disk. If he shift clicks a jei recipe. The server hangs about 12 seconds

Yeah that's true bUT i think it's the client hanging

 

FTB claims also prevent the breaking of graves, if somebody like @johnfg12 hypothetically died in somebody else's chunks.

Go make a petition for an unstable server.
It has to be without plugins though.
Claiming can be done with FTBUtilities. Its not perfect but it works.
