Done Account was hacked

Hello my account was hacked and I would like to transfer my Tier 4 to my new account.
Who can help me here?
It is my minecraft account and not the forum

Is the account IceColdx3 the one that was hacked?

And what is the new account that it should be transferred to?

Also, did you try to recover the old account? You can use the Forgot Password option on mojangs site, if the hacker changed your password.
