Crundeecraft has magical crops and draconic evolution... What's the point of building a natural mob farm? (Magical crops for some mob drops and draconic evolution Has its spawners)
I don't have soo much resources for Magi Crops / Drac Evo. I just it need to not just farm up Magi crops. (I know there is Farming Station and how it works)

Well. Whenever you want to build something you must remember that you're not playing alone, there're other players alongside you. Having 16x16 chunks loaded will impact the server in a negative way. Your fellow player told you so, a mob farm that big is not needed. If you want to build up resources, build a small 3x3 mob farm using cursed earth. That will give your enough mob resources for you to build a magical crop farm.
