(Buyable server-perk idea) No mining-speed penalty while flying

    I do belive the air sigil does that but then blood magic is rough

    I am not a full developer so I don't know how much of a possibility this is. @fireboyev or @SirWill could maybe answer the question if a Sponge plugin can do this.

    Well it may be possible by faking a player break but there would be the problem with the speed of the player breaking the block. Could also just add a hidden haste / mining speed effect to the player.

    I also think the best way would be to add a haste effect if the player is flying but I haven't tested if the effect does change it. Could be easily tested with a haste potion.

    Edit: Just checked the mod which @Column01 posted. Looks like a PlayerEvent.BreakSpeed event was added to forge in 1.8+ but it requires asm for 1.7

    I would happily pay for this perk, if it can be added, even to just 1.10 modpacks. This could cause issues / confusions however, and in that field I have no experience to say if this would be worth it. However, it would be really cool, not even just for flying, but to be able to buy these affects, however I already know many things ingame, once crafted, can also give this ability.

    I didn't notice any difference with the mod and haste buff doesn't change a lot too it seems. :/
