Done Can't log in - Timing me out

Hey all, I'm sorry, but I can't get onto the server. The system keeps timing me out before I can get logged in. I've already restarted the game from the server (always my default solution) but no luck. Suggestions?

 

Servers are down atm. For now, just wait and do something else. Timed out problem is happening to everyone.

 

Same is happening to me and a friend of mine.
