How I see it, there are 2 shortcomings of the spam filter.

The first is when giving a quick answer to a question, or simple greeting, where you can't do it twice in a row. I would bring it up with the @Administrator team to see if we could add some basic ones to be ignored. For example yes, no, hi, hello, etc.

The second is most often a problem when you are on a server with a mod that extends how much you can type in chat at a time. Normally you have a limit, so either the mod just ignores the limit, making it able to post 1 long sentence in 1 post, or it breaks up the message into multiple messages for you. The problem with that is usually that if you are typing on global, only part of it goes through since not all modpacks have the mod to allow extended messages. And then when trying to retype it, you have too much of what you write in common with a previously typed message. This one I am unsure of how it could be fixed, without just allowing spam through altogether, and trust me, we have enough trouble as is with people finding ways to bypass the spam/chat filter, removing it would be a headache.

At the end of the day, it is limited by what the plugin can handle, and we have to be able to understand the limit when something can't be changed perfectly. We do our best with where it falls short, and most players have learned to work around the points it is too aggressive. We can see if it can be relaxed a little by adding words that are ignored completely, but if that gets abused, you can bet it will go right back to how it is.

I would like to suggest keeping the topic about the anti-spam system, not into how you may think staff should operate, or how people breaking chat rules should be punished.

What I said was a comment. This goes back years to the days when a large server was less than 50 people in all programs, to massive serves with over 1000mas a base. I know that Staff Can mod servers like that, Yes there mods, but they really don't do much. The server handles most of that for them. I suppose I was thinking about better days when I spent an hour on the computer... not several
