Seems the most reasonable config in each manager is to keep it to 50 commands or less from what I've seen.

I vote No, the modpack is extremely heavy already and adding more mods won't help.

I will change my vote to Yes if the mod number goes below 70.

SFM is good for auto smeltery/autoprocessers(ae)(civ doesnt have) or for things like crafting or compressing it isnt bad for either but

and here is the but it causes alot of fps lag yep not tps lag. but it can also mess up tps if crosschunked and can even crash the server if made to big

i shall vote no because i see no reason for it being added in

this pack is still smaller then the big packs
    by far
adding one more mod wont make much difference in preformance
now adding 20 mods thats when you see your problems

I meant putting it to 70 mods.

Project Ozone is smaller or not? It doesn't FPS lag even a bit after I added Optifine.
That is what size I expect modpacks to be. Small enough to not lag and quickly load if you add Optifine.

project ozone is also a skyblock
a lot less laggy then a full world
also to remove mods to make it 70 yeah there would be no point

So, if I destroyed most of the underground blocks, my MC will stop lagging? Anyone knows about item that allows me to quickly destroy 7000*7000*50 blocks?

Other important factor is loading speed (Ozone loads relatively quickly compared Civ).

and that is because ozone has a lot less mods due to it being based around a skyblock
and no destroying blocks would not help as you are still rendering a couple chunks in every direction from you

Then maybe it would be good to try to make modpack as small as possible while it is fun at the same time.

That is what I meant by my post. Modpack should be small, but still fun to play.
I know it is hard, but it should be possible.

Ozone is fun, but still, it is small enough.
