ooh, nasty. I took a look and in my test world I couldn't get the interfaces to work. Never mind.

While I've stopped playing Civ because the reset annoyed me too much, I don't really think storage is a problem. Storage Drawers with Emerald Upgrades plus an EnderIO Inventory Panel are insane for the amount of storage they provide.

And all you need is a Storage Drawer Controller to hook all of them together. You can even use compressing drawers to make things like gold, diamonds, iron, etc. exist in all of it's main forms at once (ingots, nuggets, blocks.)

I would strongly advice not hooking up draws to an AE system as the lag can drop you about 100FPS

None of those things are accurate. That happens with warehouses, absolutely, but I used that storage system for at least a weak, and nothing like that happened. It definitely does not cause crashes. Again, that's warehouses.

I mean.. I had like an 11x5x11 chunk of them, had no lag problems. I mean, I had them about 56 blocks below me, connected by EnderIO Item Conduit, but still .-.

this is just another alternative its not forced in any way so if u prefere having a load of draws and an ender io panel go for it but i my self would prefere this

Its the "autocrafting" of this mod that has me interested, not the storage. A crafting table, with NEI integration and storage integration, so I can set a pattern in the crafting table from NEI and then it will auto-fetch items from the storage when I click the result. Can the ender IO inventory panel do this? I thought the ender IO panel had some problems?

It can. But it doesn't always work it may crash u or refuse to pull the items and when putting them back I have found that they don't appear or they are disguised as a different thing

The Autocrafting is a huge part of what causes lag. The storage of AE does as well though. Having all that meta-data for one item (i.e. a full 64k Storage Unit with 63 different items) is actually very complex. Having tons of those can cause quite a bit of lag on it's own.
