Guess I've been playing ModPacks with tiered tech/magic so long that i forgot what MC was back in the day.
You may want to mention that the Mo Creatures mod no longer needs to be added manually to the MYM launcher. I just had to remove it from my mod directory. Edit: I just removed it like the server said I needed to but now it's saying to remove Custom Spawner too??
For all those not knowing how to fix the pack: you go into the modpack settings in the curse launcher, there you click the three dots in the top right corner. Now you go into profile settings and remove the check at "locked". Once this is done you deactivate Mo' Creatures and Custom Mob Spawner and start the pack
Hello my fellow Citizens. As some of you know, i have decided to remove Mo Creatures from the server. While i personally love the mod, it is not best for the server. It was causing the TPS to be below 10... all the time. Since disabling it, the tps is above 16. Average about 18. Currently i am working on 1.2.3. This version i will be adding AnimalPlus (its a light weight Mod that adds very few animals) DoggyStyles (@PrincessJoice ) Dragon Mounts Thaumic Horizons Passive Torch (like magnum torch but for passive mobs) This update also updates many mods. The ETA on the update 2-3hrs.
I wish Thaumic Bases was added its a neat mod which adds a usefull way to get knowledge point in Thaumcraft
And to make sure, the claims are protected? I'm just curious since I like the beta, but I don't like PVPing.
pvp is not allowed in claims so if u dont want to pvp just never leave your claim but so far i haven't seen anyone on that i am not teamed with so pvp isnt that hard to avoid
the pvp is pretty irrelevant. You're supposed to stop if asked and you can't fight players on their claims. With the world size being what it is it is pretty difficult to find other players as is.
Why disable all perks I realize that pvp is on the server but it is only allowed if you dont ask them to stop so that makes it mutual pvp I looked over the test for this mod but didnt bother with it because of curse launcher (no perks) Started my base when mym launched (with perks) Only to have them disabled So why even bother switching over to mym I will freely admit god perk is op but /fly and /homes I dont get.
you can Teleport home with mods. E-mobile (teleports you to players, spawn and home) Silent Gems (teleport to any location you link also has a home caller) The reason for no /fly or /homes is so you progress to gain the ability to travel around. All types of flying in the pack cost something. Chaos, mana, rf...ect. Should i see if i can get something similar to vanilla+ where it cost MyMs to use /fly?
I think MyM's for fly is a good idea (just make it expensive 3) I think it would draw people more to the market and voting
im sure we would be fine paying myms for fly, as long as its not 1000myms to unlock or something silly, also then you'd need to fix the thing where fly toggles off when you use the phone inter-dimentionnaly since whe'd have to pay extra to fly again
Hello Citizens, Quick update, Sorry for the lag at launch and for the past day. The culprit was "Mo Creatures". While i am sad to see it go, i have added a light weight mod called "AnimalPlus", which add some animals to the water and land. Here is the mods i added,updated and changed Spoiler: 1.2.3 -Added AnimalPlus -Added Dragon Mount -Added DoggyStyle -Added Passive Torch -Added Thaumic Horizons -Updated Botania -Updated Growthcraft -Updated Immersice Engineering -Updated Minecraft Comes Alive -Updated Modular Powersuits -Updated Open Blocks -Updated OpenModsLib -Removed Mo Creatures -Removed Custom Spawner Lets hope this resolves our lag issue.
I stand corrected I was misinformed I have no problems with doin a lil work to get a method of (teleporting) around . I just wish I had been aware of losing fly before i made a base @ 3600x3600 without a /home its quite a walk from spawn where the community portal is located.
