Well to be honest Number 13 was skipped which makes every other count void and stuck at 13 until its completed correctly. He may have 13 in that long list of 3's but in all honesty the number he wrote was not 13 due to the way he wrote it out. The number I see there is below and very long. Being where it was placed and the 1 and 3 being seperated by your normal comma I would say there is no 13 in there.
