Explained in page 2 post #31 and this link as to why NEI is not in the pack and what the alternative "CraftGuide" feature offers.

CraftMine has a special system server-side (on Thermite) that denies "hack clients" and cheat/xray mods from joining to significantly improve server security and fair play. However, client-side mods that do not give any unfair advantage are permitted to join CM servers. This includes TooManyItems, NotEnoughItems and TabbyChat to name a few. However, I have looked into these mods and they will not be included in CM by default, and no support will be provided to anyone who uses these mods (especially if the game crashes and you have additional unsupported mods installed)[DOUBLEPOST=1462438561][/DOUBLEPOST]
Care to provide me with any feedback about what you didn't like, what you expected, what kind of packs you like, etc...? So that I can possibly improve your experience?

its just nothing that really excites me. I am an experienced modded player as most of us here are. this pack is just boring for me.

Take Crash landing for example. it revolutionized the whole game which made things really exiting.

Last week I published a previously internal video of an early technical demo of CraftMine. This video was made and showcased internally to the CraftMine community, testers and developers in the CM Lab to celebrate our breakthrough in making our dream sound engine and sense of atmosphere a reality.

Anyone who hasn't gave CraftMine a go yet but is curious to know what CraftMine "feels" like can watch the video here:

I read about Vanilla+ being removed from the MYM network a while back, with it saying something like it's being removed because there's rarely anyone online blah blah blah, despite lots of new players frequently joining. This shows that FTB's Vanilla+ has high recognition but low retention rates.

Now I can imagine that MYM admins don't want another Vanilla+ styled pack for the same reason, but let me show you something...

This is a graph of YAMPST statistics of CraftMine since the first v4 development version using it. As you can see, the average playtime overall has gradually increased, especially when a new version is released which is reasonably frequent.

Now you may believe that it's simply because CraftMine is getting more installs and players overtime right? Surprisingly not, as by looking at the launches you can see it's relatively similar throughout. Infact, there's less launches on the purple spikes (the current version - v4.1-b0049) than the previous release (green spikes - previous version - v4.0). That's because some rare crashing bugs were fixed and therefore less people were restarting their game.

Note that both graphs shown here are for client-side only. It does not include the amount of times a CraftMine server has been online for or how many times it's been started up, etc...

These graphs prove that CraftMine has low recognition but a high retention rate - which means that very few people know about CraftMine but those who do know about CM tend to love playing it with an average of 2-4 hours spent daily PER player in singleplayer mode, with an estimate of 60 unique players. In singleplayer mode, the amount of people currently online is not an influencing factor, but we can safely assume that the results would be virtually the same on a server that is rarely empty.

You can view the statistics here for yourself, just remember to set the time span to "All time" to get the big picture. CraftMine - YAMPST

So there you go, even just by viewing raw figures you can see CraftMine has a lot of potential on a multiplayer server if done right and sufficient effort is put into it.
