This isn't actually a crash-report, just your client log. Crash reports can be found in the folder labelled "Crashreports" in your install folder. Looking at the log, however, it seems Random Things and Fast Leaf Decay are having a bit of a falling out. Since Random Things already contains a fast decay option, maybe just remove Fast Leaf Decay?
It would be useful to see the client log from around the time of the second issue occurring, though. Do you use Optifine/Shaders in this pack?
You may also have an issue with Binnies and Forestry. Binnie's currently only works with Forestry 3. From that list, it appears you have 4.
