Done Depleted Nether Star

Can anyone explain me in German or English how to get Depleted Nether Stars ?

craft a heart of the star and burn it

Your going to get a heart of the star, and your going to lite Netherrack, then throw the star onto the lite netherrack, your going to need alot in the end, then step back and the netherrack will burn and dissapear, you'll get a star + Depleted nether star in the end.

 

Or you can throw the heart of the star in lava

 

So i must be in the end to do this ?

 

On the moon you could throw a heart of the star into lava and it works.. but it wont give good stars
