Twilight forest has been changed from 1.7.10… Maybe it's not as resource heavy?

 

This pack is 1.7.10 though.

 

The importance of the Twilight Forest content was one aspect of the pack that the Ex-Staff member who was planning on setting this up had just started to investigate. Twilight Forest in 1.7 is a server killer, one player loading into the dimension can cause serious lag, crippling or even crashing the server. This is why its simply disabled on all MYM servers. How the Pack's Twilight Forest quests will be handled is out of the Ex-Staffer's hands and will be seen to by the remaining Staff Team in due time, according to the priority they set for this project.

 

If all else fails, the quests are all item detection, so crafting recipes could be used.

 

That's not as simple as it should be since not everyone uses our launcher and the change is set in the client quest book too. HQM is a stubborn bugger like that.

Since it was only Aidon and I testing the pack part time there is bound to be other issues we hadn't thought of in a pack that boast nine hundred hours to completion. The forest was the first one that jumps out.
