Done Donation hasn't gone through

    I donated for the tier 2 rank last night and i still dont have the rank or any of the perks, and i am unable to type /ticket create to make a ticket
    any admins help would be apperciative

    Hello summerock,

    It hasn't shown on your forum account. That's why it isn't working in-game. Clear your browsers cache and cookies (at least the mineyourmind.net and mym.li cookies) and relog on the forums. That should update your info and get things working right.

    Okay so its now on my forum account, but not on the server.

    If it's still not showing up in-game connect to the hub or a 1.7 server.

    Note: I believe you need to change your Title in the /menu to get the Patron tag to show up sometimes.

    You have the rank in-game. What is not working that you think you don't have it?

    It says the menu command is unknown, both in stoneblock and in the hub, and i dont have access to the kits, /workbench, the chat colors, and i lose my XP when I die...

    Sorry, /shop should work if /menu isn't. Also, please try connecting to a 1.7 server or the hub. That can help get things working ingame.

    I don't see that you were online on stoneblock 2. The last time you were online was 10 days ago on crash landing.

    Oh, i am massively stupid... im playing on a different server network that has a name VERY similar, and i donated to the wrong one XD
