Done Dragon Backpack is bugged / Bound armor with sigils in it not working

That release actually only changed the regen buff. I've submitted a pull request fixing the Strength buff.

 

After messing around with x_Samm_x, his bound sword gives me weakness (which it ment to do) which sets my damage back to normal, allowing me to punch things

 

Thats because it negates the minus strength buff and resets you to -4 attack damage not -20 attack dmage
