This is just something i have heard a couple of times where people have died in claims and having troubles getting items back because they don't have permission to break blocks in the claim there are 2 things you can do. 1: stay out of other people's claims this will prevent the entire problem. 2: but if u do find yourself in that situation simply right click the grave to remove it and get your stuff back.
