Done Glitched Quest

    Under Mekanism, the quest where u have to make an enrichment chamber is glitched out and can't be completed. I have tried making the item with the 2 ways to make it and both ways do not work and I have made sure that I have completed the quests required to complete the enrichment chamber quest.

    the Electrolytic separator under mekanism also doesnt complete when made as well
