The ore information is inside the game as well. What can you craft can be simplified by just following the questbook - it has most of the useful items in it. And other things should be self-explanatory. The sheet is more for those who want to ctrl+F on a second screen or have a quick-reference without going into NEI.

Is it possible to see the quest-line spoilers somewhere online? I cant seem to play on single player and check it myself.
