Done Horizons map reset?

I would like to see a reset for the reasons stated above and because starting over is always fun to me.

 

If everything is not reset, then you'll have people (like myself, abusing the fact that things will remain, and the server restart will be inconsiquential.

Nuff said. Old worlds bring stagnation and a lack of production/activity on the server.

Reset = new life, gives people ways to equal the playing field, and fixes all the terrain bugs, lag machines, effed up curses, and other bs lingering around making this current world a heaping pile of defecated dungholes.

 

Keep MCMMO. I hate having that reset. There is no reason to reset MCMMO. If you want your data reset, fine. But I want to keep my stats.

 

I feel like a dead man walking. Any idea of a time frame for the reset?

 

This is AWFUL, me and my friend blloob1 spent the last week working our asses off to do what we did, And were nowhere near are planned Glory. This reset will break everything we've done.
If the world has to Be reset then let it be, But let us store are work , are efforts in some kind of way, By eighter giving out backpacks to let us take what we can, This will cause this to lose a lot of the population to leave, It annoys people and they WILL NOT RETURN.
Consider these things before you go off resetting it without even asking us,Because the server will become a wasteland without the peaple

 

I would like if you could make a dicision on if you are going to reset it. No point of keep playing on the server untill the reset.

If the reset fixes crates, I'm all for it.

 

Just don't reset MCMMO, I don't mind losing everything else.
Also, what becomes of claim blocks and MyMs?

 

I agree with the reset, the map has a lot of badly rendered areas with the large mountain sides and the split levels at 40, 20, and 10. But i would also say we should wait til next update in order to fix existing bugs. For example, my thaumcraft works in single player perfectly and its been really irritating that it isnt working here. Maybe a future patch or reset of map might fix something that is preventing it.

On a second note, i think we should keep Mcmmo Levels

 

The biggest issue is that these players believe this world to be permanent, they don't realize that this is a Beta Modpack and it is subject to change at the drop of a hat, often times requiring an entire world reset with no warning. Beta testing in itself means that the things are not final, that you're toying and tinkering while the higher ups get feedback and make changes as necessary, again, often times removing entire mods (Blood Magic)

 

In what way is Thaumcraft not working?

 

As irritated as i am Abought the hard work I put into town, I want them to just do the reset tonight. Looking at the votes and talking to people today its going to happen so Just hurry it up and put us out of Our misery, Plus to be honest it would be nice for Ars mag to be possible without owning millions of myms.

This is so annoying, Its obviously going to happen because despite my annoyance, i truly understand the reasons why. Just do it now and save us all the painful waiting to a Inevitable fate, Let us get back and on and start again now, Now point sitting here waiting.

 

i would lose something like 400 mining levels XD and still all for it, we would all start on the same level, fair race.

 

Kill it now what are we waiting for ! Just do the reset now and get it done, More people want then don't So lets just do it im tired of waiting.
