Done Hungry Node not eating.

Hi there, i was wandering around deep dark looking for eldrith portal but i found this beauty - i read a lot about how awesome hungry nodes are but it's a little problem - It dont eat any item i throw/place near it.
It's a bug or i'm failing miserably? Please help me out hot to feed my hungry node.

You can see some wooden swords at bottom - they are not eten by node just despawning... ;(

My little rom for my node - it should prevent to suck any items only item i provide form top.

 

If murder by hungry node is turned off then maybe feeding the node is off too?

 

idk... it sucks cobble when it was in deep dark so i think sucking is on but murder is off cuz i spawn some chikens inside the box and they are fine

 

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but if it's not sucking items in... Is it still a hungry node? Depending on method of moving, it may have changed type.

 

Teleposers dont change type of node and that's what i use to move nodes all the time
