I had all my inventory change today on Galactic science, I don't want a restore, this is just for information ;'>)

 

Exactly what I was thinking as well. But when I logged back in late last night things were not as I had left them a few hours earlier. The first thing that caught my attention was that I had somehow gone from level 29 to level 2. The next item was that I didn't fly up when I jumped. That is when I realized my gravity armor was no longer gravity armor but titanium armor instead. A closer look at things showed a nerly full inventory of random things from an item build in progress from a day or two ago. Came to the forums to submit a ticket and found this post. Since it seemed to me that either this or player data corruption of some kind was the likely culprit I posted the requested info. While the situation is irritating it's not world ending. I've included a screen shot of the chest I dumped my inventory and gear in after reading this thread. In 5 months I've had 2 issues, this one and a bad block placement that kept booting me out, which was dealt with in a very timely manner, and you guys have an excellent track record in my book. Short of it is simple, look into this as a possible issue popping up or not. Doesn't matter much to me either way. I'm headed back into thegame now to gear up and get started replacing what's gone AWOL on me.

 

Hey yeah i found the problem and got the backup file for you now, waiting for your to response so i can restore your player file and you dont loose any items since you said you started playing again

hum .... im ban for still 5 days... so if my inventory had rollback what do i do ?

 

you wait until you know you have a problem, and then if you do, and its the particular problem addressed in this thread, then you post here. otherwise, post in the support forums.

no its not fixed, it is still my old inventory from weeks ago, I've logged in a few times since its screwed up, had no idea this forum post was up until recent.
Do you have a backup from sunday?

 

okidoki :3 thank you i just dont want to lose anything important on GS ..... CIV is not the most important for me rn so... yea im suppose to be like on zentralor so.... yea i dont want to lose my tardis key and everything else you see

 

So, any long term fix found for this yet?

 

It was a one time issue, dont know where you got the "ongoing issue with a needed long term fix"
