So we have to price gouge to keep it fair and clean? That doesn't make sense. If you look at the post where I offer my solution, it takes care of this problem also. The fee is upfront, sale or not. Post planks at 200 a stack, pay your 16 myms(8% from my post above) and get it back in a few days unsold, no refund. But, the point is moot, it is working as intended.
