Done Issues unlocking chapter

The Certus Quartz quests should get unlocked after you have the Extreme Infusion Stone and a Mechanist reputation of 70.

 

That is correct. The problem is that I am way beyond that point and it never unlocked.

 

You have completed both of the Chapter 7 quests Extremely Dedicated and the repeatable Certus Certification? Pretty sure that's what unlocked it for me.

 

I have the master infusion stone. The only reason I have certus essence is because I asked for permission to trade for just enough to make the seeds. The quest never unlocked.

 

But did it flag the Extreme Infusion Stone quest as completed? And I think there was a repeatable quest after the Extreme Stone that gives you the Certus Essence you need in order to actually do the Certus Seed quest.

 

Yes it flagged the quest as complete and as I have said repeatedly, the certus essence quest never unlocked.
