I'm an elementalist anyway so the ice has no effect on me.
I go and push Rohen off the edge of the hill where he falls into a hoard of hungry zombies and gets eaten.
Logic... yeah.
My Hill

 

Zombies don't eat necromancers.
I send the zombies to take the hill.
My hill.

 

I send an army of Paladins, Clerics, and Pyromancers to kill the zombies and take over in the name of Coolgi!
Coolgi's Hill

 

I provide Arial support by flying above the zombies and casting holy fire on them (i got bored of the speechless zombies)

 

Well... If it's empty, I'll put my paw on it :3

My hill

 

I ressurect a fire mage burried near the hill and he scares everyone away from it.
Zombie's hill.

 

I walk up to the fire mage with my fireproof cloak on (not that I need it) and punch him in the face. He falls backwards into a pool of water and dies again (cus logic)
Then I gently remove Jitrid's paw from the hill and claim it.
I built a nice shack and set a kettle of tea boiling.

I decide to fly and perch on Coolgi3000's windowsill and chirp a little bit

 

I gracefully decline Rohen's generous offer to purchase the hill from me.
Then I offer a miniature cup of tea to Brandon.

 

I drink the tea that is given to me

 

I'm not American so I cannot throw the tea into a harbor. Instead, I steal the kettle, freeze and unfreeze the tea, add sugar and sell it as Ice Tea.
Pointless post.

 

Y'know iced tea is just as nice
